Yes, I think a stipulation of the grant is that the recipients are in North America. If you're interested, however, I can found out more.
I guessed that might be the case. If there is any possibilities beyond the pilot year to look at how this might be extended overseas I would be very interested, as someone trying to drag my own denomination back to the importance of preaching.
